Welcome to Monarch Multifamily, an Ohio-based real estate development and property management company with a mission to build an organization that people want to rent from, invest in, and work for. We are a young, growing company using the latest technology and innovative services to connect tenants with investment property owners. We exist to provide a solution to the make or break process of property management. Helping every day owners create a reliable, passive income at an affordable price. We offer an expanding roster of rental homes and apartments ranging from Section 8 to market rate to upscale living units. Each of our properties is professionally managed and responsively maintained, and we offer pet-friendly options.

BRITTANY LANE

OWNER & Realtor®

 A licensed Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Brittany is the Owner and Operator of Monarch Multifamily. Brittany was most recently a Regional Manager for AIG Property Management and has experience managing over 432 units with a team of 3 office staff and 5 maintenance personnel. She has overseen turns and renovations for over 200 units at distressed properties, coordinating with contractors and in-house maintenance for on time completion and meeting front of house deadlines. Her experience also includes stabilizing a heavily section 8 property, leading staff training across the Columbus region and developing best practices for prospect and tenant management according to CMHA and GDPM guidelines. She excels in assisting owners on how to improve a property through increased operations (reducing vacancy, increasing rents, cutting expenses, etc.).

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
